Before you call about unpaid loads

1. Gather the paperwork. Have the rate confirmation, broker-carrier agreement, invoices, bills of lading and proof of delivery available for the loads involving Proxy Global Logistical Solutions.
2. Document your payment attempts. Make a short record of the due dates, any partial payments and the calls or messages already sent.
3. Talk through the options. If the freight charges have not been paid, call the number in the Unpaid Freight Bills banner. Ask what collection approaches may be available beyond a bond claim.
